Recent (and some old) Doodles

Hey y'all! I'm back, and this time with drawings! I really haven't posted much art, so here I am with some! Most of this is recent, but some I drew a while back. The photo quality isn't too great, so the drawings don't look as good as they do in real life. Lets' get on with this, fellow Hoodians, shall we?



This is one of my novel characters. Not the one I'm working on, but one I'm planning on writing soon. This is probably one of my best drawings ever. I was so proud of it when I finished, and I still am! I might go back and add a bit more shading though.



This one was just in the back of my math notebook. It isn't great, but it looks much better in real life. She's supposed to be one of my book characters in the novel I'm working on right now, but she doesn't really look like how I imagine her.



Guys, this sketch wasn't even supposed to be that girl. She was supposed to Levana from the Lunar Chronicles. This is definitely not Levana. I have no idea how it turned out like this, but the results were good, so oh well. I might enter this in a contest, but I might add a bit to it first.




This is just the moon with a ribbon around it. I have no idea why I drew it, but I like it. It's very interesting. It was kind of inspired by the Lunar Chronicles. I dunno, it's just cool.



Every time my sister looks at this, she's like, "Why'd you have to draw this! That book was so sad!"
Well, it's supposed to be Catherine from Heartless (the best single book ever, and the saddest and the most amazing and the most depressing and bestest book EVER! Read it.), and you can guess who she became (Jest, why'd you have to go and get so decapitated?). It looks so good, despite the fact I did it in the back of my science binder ;) . I think I did a great job on the skirt.



This one is in progress. I got the idea from Shannon Art. It just looked so good, and I really wanted to do something similar but different. So I asked one of my Sunday School teachers if I could borrow her ZIG Millennium pen for a while (I keep forgetting to give it back, so I might as well just finish this one until I remember) to do stuff similar. I have to others, but I'll have to post pictures of them some other time.



I did this on the back of my English homework, so I had to take a copy of it and then color it in. It's how I imagine Dex's house from KOTLC. It took an entire afternoon I could have spent on homework, but it turned out great despite the blue lines in the background.

THE EYE! Best eye I have ever drawn, and I'm a pro at drawing eyes. Ignore the amazed face doodle in the corner, a friend did that because she was so amazed at how good it is. It is the best drawing I have ever done, but It'll probably be outdone in the future. It's a very small drawing. If you think it big, you are very very wrong. The eye part is about as big as your thumb. The original drawing was completely sketched, but I went over the iris with green color pencil and the pupil with black.

AHHHHH! I'm so happy right now I could seriously cry!😂 Ahem, I'm calm now. But GUESS WHAT GUYS!!! The Nightfall cover came out today!!! *starts going crazy again*

The Rant:

Like, I can't even, I mean like seriously, it's so GORGEOUS!!! My sister and my predictions have been correct so far. The title is Nightfall, and we were right about who was going to be on the cover.
Look at Keefe! Looks at Linh! Look at Sophie! Just, oh my goodness, why is it so beautiful!!!

Ok, now that I'm done ranting about how awesome the cover is, onto my next prediction.

The Prediction:

My bet is that Linh is flooding Eternalia, or she's flooding Atlantis again. Cause c'mon, look at that fancy castle thing in the background. And we can't forget all those waves and the amazing ball of water!
*The following is updated information*
Hey! I'm here to add somethings to my prediction because yesterday I hadn't studied it very well because I was so blind by excitement. So onward!
If you look closer at the castle/mansion/building in the background, water is flowing off of it and towards Sophie, Linh and Keefe. It then flows into that big ball which I'm not sure what that does. Probably to defy the Neverseen or something. I'm pretty sure they're in Atlantis because no other big cities in the books have that much water besides Ravagog, and they already flooded Ravagog. Anyways, my guess is that the Neverseen found a way to release the force fields in Atlantis, and so they're trying to do something with all that water. Or they release the force fields to make the big ball of water, because that ball of water has to have some purpose, right? My sister thinks its for another portal, but I don't think Shannon would use the portal thing again.
Now let's move to Sophie's outfit. I don't think Sophie would wear that very ruffly dress voluntarily. Either Biana or Adeline made her wear it, or she was at a party of sorts. Then she got stuck in another crunch or something.
Please take note that that was all just theory, I was not given any information and it is mostly likely will not happen in the actual book.


And now I have to wait until November 7 for the actual book. *starts crying because KOTLC is just so dang amazing and I can't wait, I'M GONNA DIE!*


Have you read KOTLC? If you haven't, you should. It is my favorite book series ever, and I've read a lot of book series.

The birds wouldn't let me get any closer so I just had to settle for zoom. They don't like the camera, but they like the clicking and beeping it makes. Idk. There isn't much of a story for this one, but it was a big tie between that one and the one below.


My sister liked the first one better, so I used that one.
